Pricing and quoting

Q: Do you provide free quotes?

A: Free quotes are available for many jobs. Depending on the size and scope of your job, we'll look to prioritise jobs accordingly. We do this by booking in jobs for our teams to complete as soon as possible, and we always liaise with our customers as to when we'll be able to organise a site visit and to get started. Transparency and honesty is what we're known for, and at SA Metro Electrical we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.

Q: Do you charge a call out fee?

A: A call-out fee and hourly rate may apply depending on the job, timing and urgency (especially after hours).

Q: Why does electrical pricing vary?

A: Cost depends on scope — access, diagnosis time, parts required, number of fittings, and whether new circuits or upgrades are needed.

Q: What helps you quote faster?

A: At SA Metro Electrical, we believe in value for money for our customers, and in making sure the results you receive match what you expect. We can make the quoting process faster if you submit your suburb, photos, what you want done, and any access constraints (two-storey, tight roof space, etc.).
